Meet Katelynn

Katelynn is our miracle, our answered prayer after 10 years of waiting. From the very beginning, she has been a blessing and a light in our lives.

As a newborn, she faced challenges and stayed in the NICU for several days. As she grew, she showed signs of developmental delays, but she continued to amaze us with her bright mind and gentle spirit.

On October 16, 2024, at 6 years old, Katelynn was diagnosed with Alexander Disease (AxD), a rare neurological condition that affects her ability to walk, speak, and swallow. This diagnosis has changed our lives, but it does not define who she is.

Katelynn is strong, joyful, and full of life. Even through hospital visits, therapies, and difficult days, she continues to smile and find happiness in the little things.

As a mother and provider for my three children, this journey has not been easy, but we have witnessed God’s provision and love through the people who continue to support and pray for us.
