Emily is a mission-driven leader with a deep background in designing experiences that center people, purpose, and long-term value. With almost two decades of cross-sector leadership in both corporate and nonprofit environments, Emily brings a unique lens to organizational growth and community centered transformation. Before leading nonprofit strategy, Emily served in senior roles guiding customer experience initiatives, shaping vision, building collaborative cultures, and driving systematic improvement across teams and touchpoints. 

Emily is most energized by opportunities to connect and contribute to the special needs community, drawing from a background that spans strategy, experience design, and cross-functional leadership. Emily treasures her role as mom to Atlas, a child with Alexander Disease, and is drawn to support and advocate for the Alexander Disease community.
